Baby Back Ribs
Guest Cooks: Chris Staton & Pat Russell
Trim the ribs. Roll ribs in the dry rub then put
ribs in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight. Cook at 250° for 3 hours or until
tender.
If you want wet ribs apply sauce to them 20
minutes before you take them off the grill. Use Head County BBQ sauce or your
favorite sauce.
