Fruit Cobbler

INGREDIENTS
1½ cups flour
1/3 cup milk
½ cup shortening
2 cups fresh fruit (choose your favorite!)
1 stick of margarine
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
Heat sugar, water, and margarine in saucepan. Mix milk, flour, and
shortening. Roll out on floured board. Place sliced fruit on dough, roll up in
a pinwheel. Cut pinwheel into slices. Place in pan and pour liquid over the
dough. Bake one hour at 350°.
