Brunswick Stew
Guest Cooks: Jamie and Gloria Cooper

1 can cream corn
1 can kernel corn
1 can barbeque pork
1 can barbeque beef
2 small or 1 large plain chicken
1 large can tomatoes or 1 whole tomato chopped
1 large chopped onion

Sauté onion in the bottom of a large saucepan until tender.  Add all other ingredients.  Simmer on low, stirring occasionally until well heated.  Flavor to taste with soy or Tabasco.
